Founded by Bill Curley over Thirty years ago, Hamblin Homes, Inc. is based in Falmouth, MA, and was established with a vision to deliver high-quality homes with meticulous attention to detail. Bill’s goal was to build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional craftsmanship. Over the years, Hamblin Homes has constructed hundreds of homes across Massachusetts, including Falmouth and surrounding areas on Cape Cod and suburban Boston. Bill’s hands-on approach and creative design ideas have set us apart, and many of our subcontractors have been with us since the beginning, reflecting our strong working relationships. Our clients consistently praise us for making the building process a positive and stress-free experience.
Hamblin Homes, located in Falmouth, MA, is a full-service design/build, general contracting firm specializing in new home construction and high-end residential remodeling. We have served Cape Cod and the suburbs of Boston Massachusetts for over 30 years and have built hundreds of custom homes displaying superior quality & craftsmanship. New Construction:
Our team will collaborate with your architect or work with our in-house draftsman to design the details of your dream home, establish a working budget and time frame for completion. Once your plan is finalized, we will coordinate your new build process with our subcontractors and vendors ensuring timely selections are made to customize your design and bring your project in on time and on budget. Our commitment to you is that that we will work together as a team to produce the best possible outcome, with the least amount of stress.
Residential Remodeling:
We will meet with you to discuss your ideas on how you would like to enhance your current home and formulate a vision/design concept for your addition or renovation. We will establish a budget and coordinate our team in such a way as to be the least disruptive to your daily routine. Our goal is to advise you on the best possible way to make your dream a reality and a home you will enjoy for years to come.
Land/Site Development:
We handle all communication between engineering and your town’s building department to coordinate and secure a building permit for your project eliminating all stress associated with this process. On larger, multi lot projects, we complete road build outs and all building construction, both residentially and commercially.

Bill Curley
Founder & Owner
Hamblin Homes, Inc. was founded by Bill Curley over Thirty years ago. Bill’s vision for his Falmouth, MA company was to build a quality product with an emphasis on detail and to strive for long term relationships with his customers. To date, Hamblin Homes has built hundreds of new homes in Massachusetts; many for repeat customers. Bill’s creativity and hands on approach to custom craftsmanship has produced many unique design ideas. Having built homes in suburban locations like Sudbury, Hudson and Southborough contrasted with waterfront sites on the South Coast and Cape Cod, Bill and his team have offered innovative design ideas to his customers. Hamblin Homes brings the best talent to every project. Many of Bill’s subcontractors have been with him since Hamblin Homes inception, a testimonial to a great working relationship between them. It is always easy for Bill to produce enthusiastic references from a past or present owners of a Hamblin Home because “we make the building process a positive and stress free experience.”
Bill is a graduated of Merrimack College with a BA degree and has taken graduate classes in real estate appraising at Bentley University. On weekends Bill spends time with his family on the waters around Cape Cod and is an avid offshore fisherman.
Jake Curley
Construction Operations Manager
Jake has been around construction all his life, paying close attention to his dad and visiting job sites regularly growing up. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island, he joined Hamblin Homes. Jake has learned the new home construction process through his hands on training on numerous projects and completing his Massachusetts Construction Supervisory licensing. Jake brings innovative design ideas and new vendor relationships to the Hamblin Homes team. When Jake is not on a job site, he can be found offshore fishing for Tuna and Marlin south of Martha’s Vineyard.

Matt, also a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, joined the Hamblin Homes team to provide superior customer service to our clients. Matt’s attention to detail and pleasant demeanor is a quality noticed by many. Matt also holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license and is instrumental in making the home construction experience a positive one for every client.
